Qualified organizations can get a license to hold a raffle or special bingo or to sell charity game tickets. Raffles drawings are the most popular type of fundraising event, often with a variation in the drawing. A special bingo license is used at carnivals and most recently to hold car bingo. Charity game tickets can be sold under a bingo. Play Instructions: 1 - Scratch off the 'CALLER'S CARD' area to reveal 30 Bingo Numbers. 2 - Gently scratch all the numbers on CARD 1 through CARD 5 and the BONUS CARD that match the numbers revealed on the 'CALLER'S CARD' until they turn white. The chairwoman of the Senate Committee on Hawaiian Affairs says bingo and a lottery would be on a much smaller scale than a casino, so it would not generate as much money.

Every month is a new drawing. Drawings are held on the LAST day of every month at Tudor Bingo Center at approximately 9pm. One winner receives one half of everything collected for the month. Tickets are only $2 each, or buy 5 tickets and get 5 FREE!
